WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING?
All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Our website shows our live stock count, so all products are ready for shipping. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For Standard Shipping please allow 5-7 Business Days
For Express Post please allow 1-3 Business Days

WHERE DOES MY ORDER GET SHIPPED FROM?
We are an Australian Based Company operating out of Geelong, just near Melbourne Victoria!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your purchase is deemed lost we will undertake a thorough investigation with our postal provider before re-issuing your order. Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that have been scanned as delivered.

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Products will typically be sent in the same packaging however there is the rare occasion that it may be sent in separate packages. If this is the case we will notify you via email prior to confirm with you. We always endeavor to combine shipments whenever possible.
